Return and Exchange Policy
If you have any problems with what you’ve bought, kindly let us know.
You have 30 days to return or exchange any item bought online as long as you have the receipt. After 30 days, we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.
To get a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should be unused, in its original packaging, and include any accessories, labels, or free gifts.
You’ll need to show a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don’t return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we get your returned item and check it, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received it. We’ll also tell you if your refund has been approved or not.
If your refund is approved, we will process it and return the money to your credit card or the payment method you used within 10-14 days. If you paid for standard shipping, we will refund that cost as well.
Replacements & Exchanges
Replacements – If you received a faulty item and need a new one of the same type, email us at support@peachheatandcool.com.
Exchanges – For an exchange, the value of your returned item will be applied to the new order. We’ll ship the replacement item at the same speed as your original one. Just use the return label we provide and send back the original item within 30 days.
We only exchange items of the same price. If you can’t exchange an item, you’ll need to return it and place a new order.
Damaged Items – If your item arrived damaged, call us at (+177) 4433-1398. You have the flexibility to request a refund or a replacement.
If the damage was due to poor packaging, please let us know by giving feedback on the packaging.
Defective Items – If your item isn’t working, check the manual or the product page at hvacmaintenanceproducts.com for troubleshooting tips. If you need help, missing parts, or warranty details, call us at (+177) 4433-1398.
Wrong Items – If you received the wrong item, contact us at (+177) 4433-1398.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Peach Heat & Cool does not accept returns for:
- Items labeled as hazardous materials or those using flammable liquids or gases
- Products missing their serial number or UPC
- Gift cards
International Returns
For returns from outside the country, call us at (+177) 4433-1398 to get a return label. Send the item back using a cost-effective shipping method. If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll refund your shipping costs once we get the item back.

You can call (+177) 4433-1398 to get a return mailing label.
Here’s how to send your return in a few easy steps:
- Call (+177) 4433-1398 to get your return mailing label and return authorization.
- Pack the items and the return authorization securely in a box (you can use the original package).
- Attach the return mailing label to the outside of the box (use clear tape for best results).
- Drop off the package at the location of the carrier that the label specifies.
Each label is for a specific return, so please don’t mix items from other orders in the same box. Use a separate label for each return.
Return shipping costs may be taken out of your refund, depending on why you’re returning the item.
